PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

The Logistics Manager will manage and oversee distribution and return of all broadcast equipment across the group from UK, USA, and worldwide. The Logistics Manager will liaise with the warehouse and sales team to ensure distribution of broadcast equipment is delivered to the client in a timely manner while adhering to shipping methods and complying with rules and regulations for each country.

DUTIES AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Organising all carnets, commercial invoices and shipping requirements within the group, including shipments from the UK to EU, US and RoW as well as shipments from our overseas offices to UK and elsewhere.
  • Assisting in obtaining visa’s and other documents for irregular transferring of staff to overseas offices.
  • Maintaining all customs paperwork and relevant safety records
  • Verifying and meeting established deadlines through management, product fulfilment, shipping and transportation cycles
  • Managing, testing and building relationships with transportation providers, reviewing costs and transportation rates and researching shipping options
  • Developing and analysing budgets and providing reports to management
  • Ensuring that shipping methods are complying with rules, regulations and laws
  • Resolving all complaints and issues regarding the freight supply chain
  • Machine and broadcast equipment clearances inc heavy machine lifting
  • Media library logistics – i.e. largescale tape migrations – experience in the relocation of large scale media libraries where inventories and databases are key or even librarian experience would be useful

The Sales Administrator role will be responsible for co-ordinating with the sales team and our commercial group to provide administrative support to all with the aim of co-ordinating activities.

DUTIES AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Co-ordination in & out bound stock control
  • Forecasts
  • Reports (internal & external) upon request
  • Managing group sales enquiries
  • Liaising with accounts department
  • Managing group sales enquiries and email inbox

  • Logging new opportunities into Salesforce
  • Uploading client documentation into specific quote folders.
  • Creating client versions of quotes both in Excel and PDF versions.
  • Maintaining opportunities in Salesforce with information and uploading any documents sent to the client.
  • Maintaining price list, standard discount and supplier contact information.
  • Managing logistics of staff, personnel and equipment & services for special projects
  • Third party relationships (clients & Suppliers)

ADMINISTRATION

    • To work under the direction of the Senior Account Manager
    • To support the operations of the Sales Administration Team
    • Become proficient in all sales administration tasks
    • Act as conduit between the sales team and their clients, build relationships and ensure clients orders are fulfilled as required

SKILLS REQUIRED

The ideal candidate will project excellent Interpersonal skills, attention to detail with a positive, confident, and determined approach to the role. As this is a fast-paced dynamic environment you will enjoy working under pressure as in competitive workplace. To work both independently and as part of a team while displaying high degree of self-motivation and ambition to work autonomously at times.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

As part of the expanding team, a Business Systems Administrator is required to manage and maintain the growing portfolio of Business Systems used within the Group.    This role will support internal users of Salesforce and Rootstock ERP, as well as contributing to the implementation of new systems within the Rental, Finance, Sales and Systems departments.

DUTIES AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Contribute to delivering our team goal of maintaining secure, clean, accurate and up-to-date databases throughout our Business Systems portfolio (including Salesforce & Rootstock ERP).
  • Retrieve and prepare data from a range of sources for upload through Salesforce Data Loader following written guidelines, using Excel tools and functions (especially Vlookup), to manipulate data
  • Help supporting internal users with basic day to day Business Systems requirements, small configurations, best practices, all managed through assigned cases.
  • Create and manage list views, report types, page layouts and templates, users, whilst considering current structure and database needs
  • Update documentation on system changes based on Feature Request developments and identified training issues.
  • Assist in projects to implement new Business Systems to the Group

SKILLS REQUIRED

  • 2+ years’ experience with Salesforce
  • Microsoft Office especially Excel (Vlookups / pivot tables)
  • Great eye for detail, exceptional problem-solving skills, and a can-do attitude.
  • Absolute precision handling raw data whilst following written processes
  • Excellent and efficient translator between user needs and Business System instances in a fast-paced and demanding environment
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively with people on projects
  • Energetic and enthusiastic
  • Passionate and keen to learn and get to the root of a problem
  • Experience of working within the broadcast industry an advantage but not essential.
