A few years ago it used to be a top performer at most prestigious global sporting events, the LDK-8300 has set the standard for live, super slow-motion HD production, with the ability to switch between 1X, 2X, and 3X frame rates.
The unique AnyLight flicker compensation guarantees flicker-free images even under artificial lighting conditions
One of the main problems with triple-speed Super SloMotion cameras is the image flicker under artificial lighting. This limits the use to mainly daylight shooting and at night sports – for indoor sports and most studio productions there will be a disturbing flicker in the slow-motion playback. The AnyLight flicker compensation feature is the only system available that allows for flicker-free pictures under any lighting condition.
Flexibility in setting speed and different HD formats allows for maximum compatibility
The LDK 8300 system can easily switch between 1X, 2X, and 3X speed, as well as between 1080i and 720p formats,
and 50 Hz or 59.94 Hz power. This allows for maximum flexibility since the camera system can be used in all 2 applications, even when the Super SloMo capability is not needed.
The camera head uses HD-DPM+™ CCD imagers which offer superior performance and ultimate flexibility. Widescreen pictures in the high-definition formats 1080i and 720p are produced at the touch of a button. Progressive frame sampling is the native imaging mode, providing complete frame samples.
