The Sony FR7 (ILME-FR7) offers a full-frame picture sensor, a premium E-mount lens line-up, and seamless pan, tilt, and zoom (PTZ) operation. A new realm of creative possibility is unlocked by the combo of remote PTZ control ability, focal length, and narrow depth of field. The FR7’s “Cinema Line” name identifies it as part of a renowned line-up of creative tools designed to unleash the true power of visual storytelling. It provides Custom and Cine EI modes that adjust camera operation to your workflow while maintaining consistency with other Cinema Line cameras.
This versatile camera features the unique ability to use interchangeable Sony E-mount lenses and is currently compatible with up to 70 E-mount lenses ranging from 12 to 1200 mm. The large sensor provides 15+ stops of dynamic range, captures up to UHD 4K120 video. It offers live-streaming functionality, supports S-Cinetone, Cine EI, and MLUT looks for matching selected Sony cameras, and enables you to create shallow depth-of-field bokeh effects.
