Telestream Lightspeed Live Capture C2 model is a base Live Capture server capturing SD/HD from two 3G-SDI source inputs or Transport/RTMP IP source inputs. Live Capture C2 servers can operate as standalone capture devices, multiple server capture farms, or be seamlessly added to a Vantage domain of any size. Live Capture ingests into multiple video formats, creating high-resolution H.264/AVC proxy files, and storing them to a large local media RAID or to external shared storage such as a NAS/SAN.

Base server model, the C2 Live Capture server captures SD/HD from two 3G-SDI source inputs or IP source inputs. It supports all Live Capture’s SD and HD codecs and containers.The Live Capture C3 server can capture 8 concurrent HD channels using Apple ProRes up to HQ 422/Avid DNxHD up to HQX/and others, 6 concurrent channels of AVC-I/ XAVC-I/Avid DNxHD 444 10-bit/Sony XDCAM HD.
The Live Capture C3 server can also concurrently capture 2 UHD/4K channels at 60p using Apple ProRes (up to HQ) or Avid DNxHR (up to HQX).
The Live Capture C4 server offers the highest performance option in the Live Capture server family.
The Live Capture C4 server supports 8 concurrent HD captures for most available HD codecs or 2 concurrent UHD/4K up to 60p with most UHD/4K codecs, including XAVC Class 300/480.
