The Canon DIGISUPER 25 xs is a beautiful studio lens that employs Canon’s innovative optical design idea “POWER OPTICAL SYSTEM” and X-Element. By utilising this innovative technology and concept, the DIGISUPER 25 xs achieves the required optical performance for HDTV, increases the zoom ratio to 25x, and improves the wide angle to 6.8 mm while remaining the same size as current SDTV lenses.
Canon created this ground-breaking optical design approach in the most efficient way possible by utilising a newly developed optical element. The new design concept is called the “Power Optical System,” and it reaches greater specs and quality by utilising the new optical X-Element, which nearly eliminates aberrations.
