Facilities include operation using battery or AC current, backlit LCD display, protection against accidental operations, settings for two sampling rates when recording via the analog inputs, S/PDIF I/O port, ID editing modes.
Quick charge battery system allows to use DA-P1 for 2 hours of play/record time.
