Broadcast equipment manufacturer Ross Video has announced that ES Broadcast has been promoted to Diamond Elite Partner status for 2019.

ES Broadcast has worked with Ross Video on a number of recent high-profile systems integration projects, including portable production units for live events production companies Blitz Communications, Adlib Audio and Creative Technology, a studio facility for online gambling company Gamesys, outside broadcast trucks for horse-racing broadcast services provider RaceTech, and Riverside Studios’ forthcoming new complex on the banks of the River Thames in London.

Status reflects strong professional relationship

The new partner status reflects the importance of the working relationship between the two companies.

“Our Diamond Elite Partners offer customers an exceptional level of service and expertise, combining a deep technical understanding of our solutions with the best pre-sales and after sales support,” noted Oscar Juste, Ross Video’s Director of Sales for EMEA.

“We choose these partners very carefully because they embody our commitment to customer service and they reflect our code of ethics. I’m delighted that the last couple of years have been so successful for ES Broadcast; this new partner status is a vivid endorsement of everyone’s hard work and commitment.”

Ross Video solutions combine functionality and ease-of-use

Ben Murphy, Managing Director of ES Broadcast, was similarly pleased with the development of the company’s relationship with Ross. “Our partnership with Ross is going from strength to strength,” he said.

“We find that Ross solutions provide an extensive range of functionality while keeping the operation very straightforward. That has proved to be the perfect combination for many of our clients, especially those making the move to UHD.”
