Having completed his degree, Stuart Hodder joined SIS Live (now NEP Connect). Here he worked in support engineer roles – firstly, providing maintenance support for the company’s fleet of satellite uplink vehicles and then expanding his remit to encompass five outside broadcast trucks which were used to cover horse-racing and dog-racing. His experience within these specific sports saw him take up a vision and presentation engineering role with racetrack broadcast services provider RaceTech.
From there, Stuart joined ES Broadcast systems integration team in May 2019, bringing with him half a dozen years’ experience in technical support and engineering roles. As a dedicated in-house support engineer, Stuart is the first port of call for our clients in the event of any technical difficulties or equipment failures. He provides both pre- and post-sales support for a wide range of equipment from leading broadcast manufacturers including Sony, Grass Valley, Ross Video and Telestream, to name but a few.
Stuart Hodder is regularly involved with the actual implementation of a project, in particular carrying out pre-installation testing of equipment and factory testing of built systems. This means that his expertise and understanding extend beyond individual items of equipment to include a working knowledge of the system solution which we are providing, giving him greater insight into any potential problems that may arise.
Should you encounter any difficulties with your system, or need help getting the maximum benefit from your new solution, Stuart is on hand to offer expert assistance.
